When I first met our Client, Deb Stockert, I knew she would be a great candidate for a kitchen remodel. She lives in a beautiful neighborhood, had a great floor plan and wanted to make sure the job would be done right without cutting corners. She just needed some interior updates to love her home again. I knew we were the team to get the job done.
While meeting with Deb we discussed what she wanted the overall look and feel to be in her kitchen, what she liked about it currently, and what needed updating. We brought in Foy Royder from ROYDER ENTERPRISES as the GM on the project. We made sure we were all on the same page with the project and quickly went to work sketching plans for our Client's new soon to be gorgeous kitchen.
It took a few meetings to get all the details just right. We decided to switch the center island from a stain color to a paint color to really brighten the space. After deciding on the perfect cabinet color & tile selection, we chose wall paint, new appliances, hardware, and lighting. The remodeling process for a kitchen can be very challenging but the reward is so great that you have to just have to constantly tell yourself "it will all be worth it". And in this case, it most certainly was.
While working on the kitchen we decided to do some additional updates so the rest of the home to match the beautiful, new kitchen space. New living room furniture, window treatments, and a new dinette set really helped bring the entire open concept together. 5 weeks later, we were thrilled to present our client with her new, luxurious dream kitchen. What a difference! Light cabinetry, glass pendant lights & a Calacatta marble tile backsplash are just some of our favorite elements that really bring this kitchen to life.
A little note from our very pleased Client:
I called Carla Royder Designs and was introduced to Interior Design Consultant, Deb Mulvehill. We clicked right away. Deb understood where I wanted to go with remodeling my kitchen. The key to our success was the fact that we had several planning meetings together walking through the entire process & worked out the design details before demolition began.
I can't stress how important having both CARLA ROYDER DESIGNS & ROYDER ENTERPRISES helped me through every step of the remodeling process. It has many stages: 1) Exciting when you are planning the job, 2) Scary when demolition begins, 3) Disorienting while in the house as the work is done and 4) Exciting and fun again when they help you pull it all together.
Both Deb Mulvehill and the entire Royder Enterprises team did an outstanding job. I'm so happy with the results and so is my husband. ~ D. Stockert
Thank you to our amazing clients The Stockerts, Royder Enterprises and to Carla Royder Designs for always allowing me to have creative license with Clients that trust me. I’m so very blessed to have a job I love, and it shows in our work on projects like this.Â
